Today we are talking about my new favourite game, the one that has actually gotten me engaged with a Soulslike for the first time in my life. It's Mina the Hollower by Yacht Club Games. This game is phenomenal, and I can't overstate just how bad I usually am at these games. I bounce off Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Hollow Knight, and Silksong hard. The only reason I tried Mina the Hollower was because I knew it had a range of modifiers available to make the experience easier. The extraordinary thing is that I've yet to use them, and I'm now deep into the game. I honestly can't believe I'm persevering with this Metroidvania Soulslike, and it's become one of my favourite games of the year.
